principle

The strobe light emitted from the strobe light source is passed through a beam expander to obtain parallel strobe lights. In the testing area, the strobe lights are irradiated onto dispersed individual particles. Through a patented optical imaging system, clear images of each particle and the particle size distribution of all samples are obtained.

The flicker time interval t ≈ 1 ns (i.e. the flicker rate is about 109 times/second), and the light source frequency can be adjusted according to the shutter frequency of the fast CMOS camera (1-500Hz). The fast CMOS camera can capture up to 500 frames of images per second, with a pixel size of 1024 × 1024 (10x10 μ m2) and a grayscale of 256 (8-bit)

Data transmission and processing system: real-time transmission and processing of large amounts of data (500Mbyte/s at 500 images/s, 1 Mpixel, 8-bit)
