DigitalLightCycler @ Digital PCR System

Roche's Digital LightCycler "digital PCR system is a new type of digital PR platform that integrates sensitivity, accuracy, flexibility, and integration into a powerful clinical research tool. The system aims to help laboratories break through various bottlenecks in clinical research and promote the development of global medical knowledge.

Product information

Sensitivity: The 20000 nanopore chip can detect rare mutations as low as<0.1% with a large sample volume of 45ul to improve mutation detection rate, while the 28000 nanopore chip can detect rare mutations as low as<0.1%.

Precision: The 100000 nanometer pore chip enables the laboratory to distinguish small differences between samples, achieve excellent cluster density and easily distinguishable results, and achieve absolute quantification. Fast, clear, and reproducible results can shorten turnaround time, provide greater confidence for publishable scientific research, and help develop clinically feasible detection methods.

Flexibility: The functionality of the Diaital LiahtCvcler system makes it a powerful digital PCR research tool that can simultaneously tackle multiple challenges using three types of nanoplates. It can run up to 96 samples at a time, improve resolution by merging channels of individual sample results, achieve multiple detections through an analyzer with six optical channels, and simplify workflows through sample tracking and automated data analysis.

Integration: The DigitalLightCycler @ system combines its 3 types of nanopore plate configurations, 6 advanced optical channels (+1 separate reference channel), and 5-fold concentrated premix with other powerful features such as minimizing the probability of amplicon contamination, LIS connectivity, and absolute quantification without the need for standard curves to achieve reliable results.

365- Unique combinations that change the future of digital PCR:

1.3 Different Nanoporous Chips 20000 Micropore High Sensitivity Type 28000 Micropore Universal Type 100000 Micropore High Resolution Type

2.6 sets of advanced optical channels (+1 set of reference channels) can achieve excellent DNA or RNA multiplex detection

A 3.5-fold concentrated DNA and RNA premix means that there can be more reaction systems available for sample loading in the reaction volume
