Imaging: Patented optical design achieves consistent optical contrast across the entire hole, eliminates optical distortion at the edge of the hole, and accurately identifies each cell in the hole. Each cell in each well can be imaged and counted: 0-100000 cells/96 well plate single well. 5 imaging channels: 1 bright field channel and 4 fluorescence channels

Analysis: With minimal movement of the orifice plate, rapid scanning is required for image acquisition and analysis, ensuring minimal interference to the sample. Non invasive methods are used to accurately quantify cells and adherent cells that can be directly detected without digestion

Result: The saved experimental setup allows for quick execution of the same experiment on multiple orifice plates without the need for additional setup. The system can automatically stitch multiple fields of view into high-resolution images of the entire orifice.
